Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our site, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

We are also able to supply on a Business to Business (B2B) basis against invoice to be paid within 30 days. To open an account return to the home page and follow the "apply for an account" link.

Shipping And Handling There is no shipping and handling charges for UK addresses.

We do not normally ship to other addresses.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days - often we will send the same day.

We will despatch by Royal Mail or national carrier at our discretion.

Every effort will be made to effect deliveries on time, but any dates quoted are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For UK orders VAT at 17.5% is added and is included in the price you see on screen.
Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

For your additional protection, in the checkout procedure you will be asked for the Credit Card Validation Value. This is the final three digits of the number printed on the signature slip of your card. We also verify address information.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. Most products are covered by manufacturer's warranties and details will be included with the product. Faults that develop within the warranty period should be notified as specified
